DeDe's Bio

To say that professional keynote speaker, recording artist, radio host, professional voice talent and Life Strategist DeDe Murcer Moffett has had a varied personal and professional life would be a vast understatement.  DeDe began her career selling waste bins to businesses for Waste Management of Oklahoma.  From there she moved on to become a top producer, selling forklifts for Toyota, as one of the very few high-achieving women in the field.

DeDe is the niece of famed New York Yankee baseball great Bobby Murcer and an avid New York Yankee fan. She spent 25 successful years in corporate sales for companies including Toyota Motor Companies, State National Insurance Company, Walker Companies, Estee Lauder and Auto Financial Group. While working in this arena, she consistently won top honors and awards, before returning to her true passion and utilizing her talents and vocal training in the speaking and entertaining industry.

A performer since childhood, DeDe interspersed creative endeavors with her corporate sales career.  She was featured as an on-air personality and news anchor at K-LITE Radio, KTOK Radio, and the Home Shopping Network in Oklahoma.  DeDe also performed across the United States and abroad with numerous plays and musicals, including lead roles in Fiddler on the Roof, Guys and Dolls, Oklahoma and the Wizard of Oz.

DeDe works with  organizations such as Executive Women International (EWI), The Helen Hayes Hospital Foundation in New York and celebrity events for speakers such as Lisa Oz, (wife of Dr. Oz – of the Dr. Oz Show). DeDe frequently sings the National Anthem at many professional sporting events including the NBA Thunder, Houston Astros and the New York Yankees.  She is the founder of the Snap Out of It! Radio Network which is heard by tens of thousands of listeners, the Snap Out of It! Women’s Network, and the Snap Out of It! Women’s Conference and Expo in Dallas, Texas. DeDe is featured on many radio shows throughout the country as a Life Strategist and Voice of Change and Courage dedicated to teaching others how to "Get Out of Their Own Way".

DeDe is married to businessman Rick Moffett.  She, Rick and their dogs “Doc” the Dachshund and “Sam the General” Yellow Lab, split their time between New York, Texas Oklahoma and Colorado.
